Little known secrets of fiancé visa and green card interviews from an attorney with 20 years of experience

Q.  I would like to file a K1 Fiancee visa case for my fiancée in the Philippines.  I would like the case to be processed in the shortest amount of time.  I have heard stories about cases being delayed due to errors in paerwork. I do not want this to happen as I would like to marry my fiance as soon as possible. Would my case by processed faster by USCIS if I hire an attorney to represent me?

The process of obtaining a K1 fiance visa is the same whether or not you hire an attorney to represent you.  However, the time it takes for your fiancee to enter the United States can vary considerably.

The main reason you should seriously consider hiring a competent K-1 immigration attorney  to handle your K1 for you is that an experienced immigration attorney will ensure that no issues are overlooked and that no mistakes are made.  As a result there will not be any delays in your case. Hence, your fiancee will arrive in the United States as soon as possible.

I have had a few clients consult with me after trying to handle the K1 fiance visa process themselves.  In two of the more outrageous cases the clients had filed their original K1 fiance visa cases almost 3 years prior to consulting with my office.  Due to mistakes they had made during the process their cases were not any closer to being finalized than when they had started the process (almost three years before).  In essence, they were making a 6-9 month process into at a minimum a three and a half to four year process.  Happily, we were able to resolve these matters and bring their loved ones into the country quickly.

We handle K1 fiance visa cases all of the time and from all parts of the world.  Please call us to talk about your case free of charge.
