In the first part of 2019 fiance visa denial rates , nationwide, are about 50% of the cases filed. This is due to the overall higher scrutiny , under the current administration, that USCIS as a whole is giving fiance visa cases and other immigration cases. Seemingly minor mistakes are causing many of these cases to be delayed, or worse, denied.
